1. Who we are and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts have jurisdiction. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

2. 18+ only product

ParLocal is for users aged 18 and over. Minors may not create an account, access rooms, send messages, take part in events or interact with users. We may apply proportionate age-assurance measures.

3. Your account

You can sign in via Google, e-mail, passkey or Web3 wallet. You are responsible for keeping access secure and for activity on your account, except for our failure or unauthorised access that you could not reasonably prevent.

4. Public code and identity

You may appear under a public code or limited profile. This is not absolute anonymity towards the platform: we process technical data, safety records and reports to operate the service and comply with the law.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, stalking or intimidation
• Hate speech, discrimination or incitement to violence
• Non-consensual nudity, sexual deepfakes or abusive sexual content
• Grooming, exploitation or any risk to minors
• Child sexual abuse material
• Fraud, phishing, spam, romance scams or extortion
• Personal data of third parties without authorisation
• Unauthorised external links, advertising or promotions
• Fake accounts, impersonation, unauthorised automation or scraping

6. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of what you submit (photos, audio, video, messages). You grant GOMO CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive and revocable licence to host, display, transmit and moderate that content within the service.

7. Moderation and safety

We use automated tools and human review to detect and act on illegal, abusive or non-compliant content. We may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts. In the case of imminent risk, fraud, abuse or legal duty, we may act without prior notice.

8. Payments, betting and markets

The core product does not offer money betting, financial returns, paid markets, custody, escrow or peer-to-peer payments. Community polls have no financial value. Any paid features will be presented under their own terms before use.

9. In-person events

Events are proposed and voted on by the community, with no financial value. Unless we say otherwise, we do not organise or verify in-person meetups. Meet in public places, do not share personal addresses and report suspicious behaviour.

10. Free service and cancellation

Core access is free. Where paid digital features apply, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply, including, where relevant, the right to cancel within 14 days. You may close your account at any time.

11. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of uninterrupted operation, save for warranties the law does not allow us to exclude.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for user conduct off the platform. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. White-label platform and centralisation in HZION

ParLocal is a white-label brand operated by GOMO CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD on top of HZION, the group's core platform, which is distributed globally. By accepting these Terms you agree that, although you register and sign in on parlocal.com.br, your account, your identity and your data are created and held on HZION's central infrastructure, shared by every brand in the group. How that data is processed is set out in the Privacy Policy.

It follows that: an account created on any brand in the group is the same account before HZION; these Terms, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy apply equally across all of them; and a moderation measure may apply across all of them, because the decision is taken on the ACCOUNT, not on the brand.
