Applies when ParLocal offers services to users located in the European Union (Digital Services Act).

One provider, several brands
ParLocal is one of the white-label brands served by the HZION core platform, and all of them have the SAME provider: GOMO CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD, registered in England and Wales under number 16395341.
A notice, a complaint or an authority order received on any brand is therefore handled on the ACCOUNT, and applies across all of them. There is no need to repeat the same request brand by brand.

Reporting illegal content
Anyone may report content they consider illegal, indicating the content, the reason and contact details where applicable.
Decisions and internal complaints
When we remove or restrict content, we may provide an explanation, except where doing so would compromise safety, investigation, privacy or a legal duty. Complaints: [email protected].
Out-of-court resolution
Where applicable under the DSA, users may seek certified out-of-court dispute resolution bodies.
